Ground floor windows
« on: January 03, 2008, 07:03:22 pm »
Does anybody use anything less than an 18ft pole on the bottom windows. Would a 9 or 13 ft pole be easier to use or would I be wasting my dosh?  ???

Cheers :)

i use a 17ft xtel with 4 1/2 ft sections when closed. 1 pole 1 job. Brilliant.
I used to use a 4ft minipole but find this way much much quicker.

To tell you the truth Mark, I was thinking I was missing something when I heard people were using smaller poles. I get on fine with my17' xtel as well. ;D

I use one p[ole for everything.  I think it is 35ft, but 6ft when collapsed. Saves all the balling about swapping hoses etc.

I take it your jobs are all a drive in between as that would drive me mad useing a diff pole on ground.
I know i use trad bottoms mainly on a bucket on a belt but i use my 24ft pole
bit awkward but it works.
