Which add on?

I've been going now for 2 1/2 years, and would like to add another business alongside my window cleaning, to break the monotony (spelling) and also another string to my bow.

So the options im looking at are, pressure washing, or carpet cleaning.

What do you fellow pro's think? and the reason for your choice?

Would love to hear from those who actually offer either of these too.

i offer both of these , the carpet cleaning side has more competition but you dont get as dirty and there is work all year round . With the powerwashing you get absolutely crapped up and dont get much work from october to march but there is less competition.

I also do both of these but I do drains as well, I bought a cheap jetter and with that orange lot raping wallets its a good sideline, i charge £70/hour.

Have you looked into cladding restoration?(Aluminium, composite and uPVC)

Theres a product out there thats won best new chemical etc. It fits in well with your uPVC restoration and cleaning business. If you want the details I will happily email them to you.

Opens up commercial renovation work too, because you have a unique advantage over other methods of composite cladding maintenance and cleaning.
