Have a google for Regatta trousers; our local market sells them for around £15 and they're class.  Tough wearing, comfortable and plenty of good zippable pockets.

I've also got a pair of fleece lined Regatta trousers and they're great on cold Winter days.

I also love my slip on fleece lined Rigger Boots.
