hi guys and girls hope you had a good xmas and got loads of treats
as 2008 is nearly here one of my goals for 2008 is to try and get in to con cleaning now i am trying to put a leaflet together but strugling with the wording can any one help please i was going to put dose your con roof look like this if so why not let us clean it to this with before and after pics we only use pure water technology to clean your con so no chemicles used what so ever for a free quote ring ******* but i dont think it sounds right anyone help please also dse any one have any good befor and after shots have got a few but maybe some one has better any help apreciated thanks m.b.s.

The wording sounds fine to me mbs. The only thing you can do wrong with a leaflet other than not putting your phone no. on it is not putting it out because you can't decide what to put on it.

As a general rule I try to make my leaflet stand out by changing the shape, or hanging them on the door instead of putting them in the letter box. Either go very high quality and colour or very low quality and black and white as the vast majority of crap that comes through everyones letter box is very similar in size shape and quality and any deviation from the norm will help it to stand out from the clutter.

For definate it won't get you work sitting on your desktop so don't agonise about the details just put it out.

I don't mind you asking. I treat conservatories the same as any other type of glass and try to get €30.00 per hour. I don't always succeed but somewhere in that region. Why don't you charge the equivelent of what you charge for a house based on the time involved.

If you are doing a small quantity of leaflets why not try a set price to get the ball rolling. I am presuming that you have some capacity otherwise you wouldn't be advertising. You will win some and lose some this way but it is only your time involved so why not.

I market cons cleaning heavily and have a company print mine up and have them put out in 1,000's.

Cost wise, i charge £100 + per conservatory.......outside only. top to bottom!

Some on here cant or dont understand why i get that much. I use professional leaflets, professional equipment (cons ladder etc) , and am unindated during spring to autumn.

The time to start putting them out is pre spring, im investing in a motor scrubber this yr, it will cut cleaning time by half!

Ask mark at d p print to knock something up for you....he does mine, if your not near me, you may be able to use mine 

Its a goldmine out there doing this, a forum member came out with me for a day on a saturday to see....done 4, all priced over £100.......dont undersell yourself.
