We rent a large, two floor unit on a farm.

Enough floor space for 4 vans, trailer and 5 pressure washers, 7 carpet cleaning machines, hoovers, generators, signs etc and all other bits and bobs.

Mezzanine floor has large office space, 4 IBC tanks and our 4 RO units ( purification area), chemical storage area and a large gym

£300.00 per month and no extras, other than water

If you are looking for a unit I believe this is the way to go.

Go and see a local farmer - they always have outbuildings, they aren't necessarily nice to look at but they do the job.

We don't have customers at our unit so the look is not important.

Thhe fact that we have a trading address that isn't a home address -I believe- has made all the difference to our business.
