Working Patterns
« on: December 22, 2007, 07:10:18 pm »
So what are your typical working hours? Do you work 6 days a week? Do you work/not work Saturdays? What time is the earliest you start and latest you finish?

Mine is too variable to quote a work pattern
On domestic I won't start before 8.  If I work a saturday my earliest will be about 8.45 and if I sdo Sunday I won't start before 10.  All this can be altered if I'm expected early by agreement though.
With commercial it can be any early start so long as there's a bit of light to work by.  I was doing a coffee shop at 6.30 this morning.  They like me out of the way before it opens at 7.

9ish - 3 or 4ish Mon-Thurs.
9ish - 1ish Fri.

Weekends are my time only.
I wouldn't do weekends for double time.

Mondays to Saturdays, if I still have work left over. Start between 8.30 and 9, and finish whenever the light goes or the work is done.
Do all the good you can, and make as little fuss about it as possible.

Monday to Friday 09:00 (Leave house) - 15:30 Aim to be home..

Only 3 houses every 8 weeks are on Sat morning, will move them in 2008 to weekday.

New Year I will be starting the first job of the day at 08:30 and as I get busier I still aim to be home at around 15:30 - 16:00..Do not intend to work Sat or Sun unless absolutely pushed.
