was half the roof...madness i know!...took me 20 minutes and charged £10. was only 5 of them pains

Yea, that's about what I charge for the roof, to do the whole thing, Ie Roof Sides, Windows ect I charge about £30.00

Geeeez!!  I'm up norf and i charge "from" £75 for roof only, but 99% of the time get the whole cons to do and thats from £125!!

You need to up your prices lads.

i would never get £125 for a cons roof and im up north £30min but they dont go up to much more than £75 and im expensive!!!

Theres a hell of a lot of business about in cleaning cons, the whole of the back of my van is dedicated to the service, and i put out around 20,000 leaflets spring time.

If someone doesnt like my prices i move on, pittmonkey (aka wayne of this forum) came out with me on a saturday this year, i had 4 to do, all priced well over £100.

I have seen some prices quoted on here and i can't believe how much some charge!! we normally charge around £30 min for a one off but got £55 for a roof and con the other day. it took 1 guy 50 mins. still very good money and not a ridiculous price for the custy

thank you nat...i did one a while ago, that took me about 30 mins and charged £40. thats been my most expensive roof, someone had been in and quoted over £100 to do and she thought it was horrendous, and she was well off. its nice to get good money for doing things...but some of you guys are taking it to the next level

When i first started, just over 2 years ago, the best advice i was given from a forum member was, minimum charge a tenner on windows and 100 on cons.

I stuck by that and am so glad i did.

My prices must be ok, as i get repeats, and many refferals.

Im actually thinking about getting someone to do the cons cleans in the summer for me as i just get to busy now.
