What do you find the best way or brush for cleaning the fancy bit on a conservatory roof? Not using a pressure washer. What is the proper name - starts with an f i think?

You nearly got it, it's a finial :)
I use an old vikan oval having first sprayed the finial with TFR and find the green bits just wash off with minimal scrubbing

What about gutters, if you use TFR on them how do you apply it prior to brushing off?

I made a special brush by cutting down a superlight bentley brush and jetting it much narrower. Still isn't perfect for getting the green out of those little crevices though.
