After Moving 150 miles away to Nottingham the commercial day we have is now possibly going to be sold. The extra miles covered due to moving really adds to the day and its a bit much.
This work has been done for 2.5 years with no problems ever, all but 1 job is cash after clean, other job is invoiced and cheque sent 28 days later.
Work can be done in rain as its all under canopy, and in the dark as they are all lit up.
The every other month job can be done anytime you like, everyone else has to be done between 7.30 am and 8pm, all are retailers on easy access retail parks.
This is the order and rough times for the jobs, it takes 2 of us a whole day traditional method.
Luton (Every other Month) £150 1 hour work (this is done 6am -7am)
Luton £40 30 Minutes
Dunstable £20 20 Minutes
Aylesbury £20 10 Minutes
Hemel Hempstead 1 £20 10 Minutes
Hemel Hempstead 2 £20 10 Minutes
Wycombe £25 25 Minutes
Slough £40 30 Minutes
Hayes £20 10 Minutes
A40 Western Avenue £40 30 Minutes
Staples Corner £40 25 Minutes
Stevenage £25 20 Minutes
Cambridge East £20 10 Minutes
Cambridge £40 25 Minutes
So 1 month its £520 and the next its £370 or as an average £445, also as its commercial we do it 4 weekly to the letter getting 13 cleans in a year done
We also get asked to do insides as well sometimes which is charged at the same rate as the outside clean.
As you can see the work isnt that time consuming its all the driving to and from the first and last jobs that really add to our day
We would be looking for £2500 for the lot.
At the moment we DO NOT WANT TO SPLIT them up as it will get messy with trying to arrange individual sales.
If there is no interest we may split but buyers would have to purchase without us handing over due to distances involved.
