i just lost 1 so far i forgot to put the van heater on over night

I have rescheduled yestersday work but at the moment 8:18 am it is -3.7 and when I do clean the water freezes on impact on the frames and cills ....which I think leaves a hazard so am not wanting to clean at the present until everything warms up a little.
