hi all,
just wondering how u lot charge for things like facia board and soffit cleaning.
I.e £30-£40 p/hr or so much a metre? this must be hard to do as guessing.

Been asked a few times about the soffit cleaning,
said to one guy £80 3 bed detached house guessed it would take 2-3 hrs tried to bait me down walked away (he was a black cabbie )

I always feel the customer thinks as your a w/c it's going to be dirt cheap; i think it is compared to getting someone out yel pages.

Any opions on how to price cleaning facia boards, soffits, con roofs

Charge loads. They make your arms ache and get wet.

I charge per job not per hour especially for these jobs,charge per hour and you might aswell be doing window`s you`ll earn more.
