"expense or scafold towers"
Should be "of"
And on the upvc page (which is now known as pvcu   ??? )
on the first line you have conservatory cleaning services no "s"

   yes this a true, but upvc is fine to use,  fensa have no problems with it, the industry is just trying to regenerate and make as if it is something new, though it is better now! pvcu is the same thing and people are familiar with it.

just spent the past hour using meta tags on my site etc and uploading onto search engines, so lets see what happens now

You need more content on your hompage and what's on your homepage needs to link up with your keywords.

A links page is another thing that's going to help you with the search engines.
