I Have a vivaro 02 plate with 50,000 mile vauxhall service history and it is nothing but problems. good looking and great engine but the diesel pump may have gone est cost £1350 and then the injectors may need replacing total cost £3500. A friend of mine has one and the gear box has trouble and is a comon fault we them.
If i was you get a VW Transporter and pay a bit more :)

You can have problems with any van that's been thrashed for 50,000 miles.
Thousands of them on the road and I've never seen one broken down.

VW's? I see them though.
And they cost more to repair.

If you buy any van brand new you're unlikely to have any problems anyway.
