Office Cleaning Risk Assessment

About 18 months ago someone provided a comprehensive risk
assessment download that covered every possible cleaning task
carried out in the cleaning of offices. Can anyone supply that download
again. It was approx 50 pages of risk assessment information.
I would be very grateful for anyones help.

PLEASE MAY I HAVE A COPY OF THE RISK ASSESSMENT?
ALSO IS THIS THE SAME AS COSHH?? REASON BEING IS THAT I AM GOING TO DO A QUOTE AND THEY HAVE ASKED IF I HAVE COSHH????
