i saw an old customer while cleaning 6 weeks back & after he tried to sell me his mates pole system he asked me to clean his windows again (alarm bells ringing as he stopped me about 3 years back because he didnt like the way i cleaned) i cleaned his window once, no probs but today he comes out & says i missed a window, ok i said but i have cleaned it thats why its wet! he then replied 'but i was sitting in bed & only heard you clean 1 window' i said step out & look, would he? no chance he just said 'what "£$$ do you take me for? ill knock you out!' so i turned & walked, packed up & drove of. i got my money in the middle of all of this somehow! needless to say his sacked! never happend before in 11 years! some people just aint worth it!!!!!

I suppose I am quite lucky. 1 I have only had 2 cancellations in 3 years and they were before wfp. 2) I dont think anyone would dare do that to me. I am lucky that I am twice most peoples sizes so I dont get thretened.
