I started at 4am was not to bad, is getting cold now though  , just wraped my RO up in wifes coat hehe, I did say dont leave things in my van  if she read this I am in bigg trouble

4AM ? surely its dark still?    you must be good not to make the accidental knock of the pole here and there not to wake the custys up?

I do a lot of diving and in the summer I normally wear a Helly Hansen set of thermals under my drysuit and in the winter wear them for work (not the drysuit!)....I love my thermals....esp the tights!!
