they are brill think they are called muck boots like sml wellies but fur lined ( i think there the ones the horsey people use) £21.00

i got mine from the local farm supply shop

but ive just put a search on yahoo

it gave me loads especially on ebay,

mine are lace up ones i think the velcro ones dnt have fur lining,

why i dident get these yrs ago is beyond me

These are from Tayberry's of Horncastle, I think .

I saw some in Tayberry's factory sale they have now and then.  I was told that only the bottom was waterproof so didn't buy some.  Wish I had now they were only £12

whatever kind of boots you have here is a little tip to keep your feet warm

remove the insole and place on top of sheet of tin foil

cut shape in foil of insole

glue with a soft glue ,even a pritt stick the tin foil to the underside of your in sole

replace in boot and enjoy far warmer feet.

The tin foil reflects the cold down coming from the boots sole in contact with the cold ground and the same foil reflects the heat from your foot back in.

It acts as a barrier and an insulator, Dr Martens were so taken with it they sent it
abroad for testing.(hopefully not the Bahamas)

Don,t knock it just try it, a simple and cheap tip from someone who has spent his share of working in the freezing North

similar vain and works well

DIY stores do Foil backed bubble wrap, cut the sole shape out of that, the bubbles pop ( of course ) but it lasts longer than tinfoil

I wear clarkes shoes that are gortex lined.

The grips not very good.

I don't believe cheap wellie shoes with a bit of fur work.
