help! oxidized paint

have taken a job on where the pannels of a wherehouse are a coated pvc (blue) which have turned white with oxidization i have cleaned it off with a de greaser which has taken most of it off but there are white patches which wont budge !! anyone know of a product that will remove the last patches? thanks

Maybe turps but dont get it on the glass.

One of my Biggest contracts has this problem on afew of the windows but my customer is very understanding and is fully aware that theres no otherway to clean the window other then wfp.
