How many of you try to double up on everything, say keep a spare pump, maybe a spare varistream? The way i see it i could cope with most other things but if either of these two items failed i would be stuffed for up to three days?

I've got a spare pump, pole for eggs thrown on glass, hose joiners, hose connections, etc and tools. I also carry some radiator repair tape and a spare battery, jump leads, warning triangle, first aid kit, etc. Pre preparation prevents pi55 poor performance is the motto
