Hi,
I know you've quoted for the resealing of the sports hall already. I just wanted to say that I have done several for a sports company and just wanted to forewarn you that it's a hard old job and you need to get it right or the sealer will pickle and blister.
Cleaning, machining, scrubber drying, pre-keying the surface and application of two coats of sealer which will have you floating on the ceiling if you don't wear a mask. The worst part is applying the sealer at a rate of approx 4-6 inches with each pass.
I said I'm going to wear a pedometer next time and charge them by the mile I've walked, because you walk quite a few
Oh, and if you do happen to slip over, (the sealer is like ice when wet) you may as well throw the clothes away as the sealer sets like concrete !
I got the company to buy all the materials because the good stuff costs about £40 for 5 litres and at that price you don't need to have any left over.
Have fun
Les
