But the other day i went into one of the rooms that had'nt been opened for almost a month and there must have been upto 200 dead and alive in there. does anyone know of any replient i could use something like a plug in maybe.

There must be something that is attracting the flies in the first place. What is the overall standard of the cleanliness of the house?

I would be inclined to find the root cause of this infestation, there is obviously something rotting away somewhere, if its mainly on the first floor then i would look in any loft space, dead pigeons are known to be a cause.

the house is as clean as a whistle. with no nasty smells (ie dead pigeons) its always been a problem the customer just wants to minimize them a little

Flies like to get in somewhere to hibernate. Attics are a favourite. Source is likely to be from outside rather than in. Also they like undisturbed spaces; looks like you have a classic. Not much you can do except a u/v flytrap; chemicals will evaporate over time or if not they may be toxic. They are more nuisance than health hazard unless there is food about.
