First new domestic cleaning job, help needed

Hi Everyone.
Just got a call today from a potential first customer for the business. Am meeting her at her home on Monday morning. I just have some issues i need help with.

It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 rooms en suite. She wants it cleaned weekly. And mentioned that she doesnt want the whole house cleaned each week, but some rooms rotated with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom.

The question is this.

1) How many hrs per week would you be looking to get from job like this i keep mentioning 2 hrs though people say i should say 3!

2) should the client provide the cleaning solutions, cloths, vacum hoover etc or should i supply this?

If i supply should i charge more, i am currently going to be charging clients £12 per hr is this a decent price.

3) Whats the best way to recieve paymet, on the day cash / cheque or invoice after clean, i would say cash on the day?

your help will be greatly appreciated as this could be my first customer and i dont want to miss out and want to turn up prepared.

Talk to your customer, she will tell you what she wants done and what her budget is.

For a 4 bed house with 2 bathrooms we would send two people in for 2 hours.

We ALWAYS supply our own gear, you know what you are using and are confident with it and you don't get the customer saying "Have you used all that already?" or vise versa.

How many hours?
Depends on how the people live.
2 houses next to each other, same design etc, can take different times to clean.
Internal ispection needed.
Not doing whole house every week (customer says)
I guess at 3 hours running up yo 4 if really messy.
Bathroom and kitchen take the most time. Is there an ensuite and downstairs loo as well - more time.
If working by myself I like taking my own stuff especially vac cleaner and cloths.
If i send regular cleaner, use clients stuff but ask them for what cleaner prefers (as long as safe etv)
