Best type of customer
« on: November 01, 2007, 06:09:08 pm »
Tuesday one of my customers told me that as i had a family to provide for my prices should go up so she put it up only by £2 but i want more customers like that ones that realise that we have to make a living

Wednesday another tells me that they are off to usa for 3 months from next month so they paid me in advance even though i told them that i would leave the windows till they came back if they wanted but they said that they wanted them done

These are the type of customers that you look after  :)

You look after them & they look after you ;) nice one
Be polite, friendly & prepared to bend a little for your customers & all will be well in my experience.

Go for the tenner mate, you would have still got it.  ;)

It's a trap not to fall into, it's easier to build a good round, than to build a cheap round then try to up your prices when full. The customer bass you need to build is for a price you want to work for, keeps you going back & that's what most custys want, regular & reliable, if the job is a tenner quote it.
