Hi Guy's had a call today to price this place, all external windows done with wfp with Communal windows that have to be done inside (no ladder or steps work internal w) guttering to be done twice a year.
I was also offered to tender for the following areas, that are just a little to far for me, so if anyone wants me to put there name forward for any of these areas, please sent me your contact details, mainly name and contact nubers and I can give them to the manager when I see her next week.
Henstridge, Templecombe, & Shaftsbury all require a quote.
This is for a 3 year contract starting in April 2008

151 external windows.

are they flats? if so how many is there, and how many windows edit the pic to show one flat, work out what you would charge per flat and times by the amount. if you can let us know I will give you my price on it and other will be able to give a clearer price instead of a guess.  ;)

I know what your saying about pricing per flat but you`ll never get those jobs if you price like that on houseing assoc type work,i said at least £300 but you work it out per flat and the price would be mega and you`d be undercut day in day out. Most of those places get about 4-5 quotes,i have 4 jobs like that and if the manager dosen`t take a shine to you forget it.

I'm pricing this as day work, its the only way to get this type of Job per flat would be way over the top,
I'm just looking to see what sort of prices you guy's would charge and were all pricing in the same region, there are 34 flats altogether and its all been done for the past 18 months with wfp and will continue until 1st March 2008.

i have similar job to this say 250.oo for example ..currentley the work is done off ladder and is a doddle this year they require two prices one for ladder one for pole, do i put a higher price in for wfp with the extra costs involved or  i was thinking of putting 25.oo on top to cover the cost of water???

I have the Tender documentation sat here in front of me, it does ask for 2 prices, one for ladder and one for wfp, if you put in a ladder quote for housing 21, you won't get the Job, the company now want wfp only, was told this this afternoon.
