A second van for the "fleet"

Hi,
We got a van three years ago, a second hand Relay, and had it fitted with an ionic 650ltr commercial.
Since then we got a static system installed in my colleagues garden which takes 1000ltr.
I am not thinking of getting an additional van but won't need all the filters and system because of the static tank.
I was thinking of leasing a citroen despatch and having a tank and pump fitted. What/who do you think would be a good option of just tank and pump?
Thanks in advance

I've got a pump board and a tank in my scudo 400l. The pump board has a variflow on it.
I took the di off the van as I now di prior to ibc/static.
You can be up and running for next to nothing, I think cleantech are good. You will need a reel as well. My guess would beŁ600 tops.
