How many bathrooms?
Is there an interim clean?
Any communal areas/stairwells?

Not sure what the above means... maybe we shouldn't confuse 'those willing to comment' with 'those willing to help'  :D

Anyway, for this configuration, you would probably be looking at around £15k total for both cleans.
Impossible to say without seeing the properties of course, but ballpark figure is what you asked for.

Hope this helps.

i think you have said the wrong thing there  :)

just because people are new to the site, doesnt mean they are new to the fantastic sunny life of the cleaning industry.

It was a totally non-helpful comment, completely unrelated to the question being asked, just wondered about the relevance, that's all.

It would have been overlooked if it had it been followed by an attempt at offering some advice.

Hello Andy

I disagree it was unrelated, it related to the first part of the statement. My point was that not all newbies on here are inexperienced in our industry. Like me. I've worked in cleaning all my working life and now i've found this lovely website in the last few weeks.

I'm hooked !  :D

Glad you are here.  Your experience will be a great asset to the site.
It is good form though, if replying to a post to try to answer the question being posed.

I fully appreciate that just because a person doesn't have a high number of posts on this site it doesn't mean that they are inexperienced in the industry. I think that the term 'newbie' has been associated with new members rather than being new to the industry.

I hope that this clears this up.

Hi Andy

This is the internet, a lot of people don't do 'form'  ;) I know i don't.

I do of course realise what the original post was getting at  :D

I am not sure how this time last week my status was newbie and now i'm a full member?

Anybody can claim they are this that and the other.

You can be what you like on Forums  unless you post your location name of company etc , so if you wanted you could check out poster.

As an observer I have watched many of you go from inexperienced to experienced.

c****s have often appeared

So my advise is take advise on any Forum as starting point

As time goes on Contacts are maid and Telephone calls are made .

I often check out loads of last posts if I am interested in a reply.

in answer to question I have not got a clue but 15k worth of work is vey good what would be timescale and staffing requirements for such a project?

What would be net profit.#

After posting this I thought it was the wrong thing to do. All I wanted was members out there who do similar size jobs to just do a quick calc on the back of a fAg packet and post it. thats all.
thats all!

I have done several jobs of this size and involvement but am I to cheap or to expensive. and all I get is members who don't have a clue trying to be clever and if its not quite worded right suggesting its missleading or something. There is no wonder the experiance that was once on here have left and moved on. I dont post that much anymore its just a waste of time.

FORGET I POSTED THIS ONE.
