How can any customer refuse to pay a hefty price when you see those kind of results,it look like new.I did one like that a few months back and that top ornimental looking bit was a pane to do,i had to give that bit loads of TFR.

They were done from the ladders using just fairy liquid or squeegy off, and before I had my lance, since I have had the lance, the guttering I've done hasn't been that dirty.

I have six houses to do in one day in about 5 weeks, and all of them arn't that dirty, but the owners want them done. ??? Who am I to argue? ;D

Just like a normal lance on a pressure washer, but this one is telescopic and goes upto 25' and you can change the jets on the end of it.

Do you do all the guttering and then the windows as I'd imagine it shoots crap everywhere?

I gave it a good dose of tfr then let it soak for a while then brushed it off with pure water
