« on: October 26, 2007, 11:29:35 am »

Hi fella`s,just some help with a quote that I have to submit on Monday.
There`s 20 windows of 4 pieces of glass in each that measures about 30 inches.
Square. Each one has it`s own frame which I recon I`ll have to do the frames to
Help with any dirty runs down etc.Ya could say I suppose to give you a better
Idea that there`s 20 windows 5 foot square with the frames to do.The height is
About 25 feet and there`s the same amount at ground floor level that I might
`trad` or WFP depending how I go with it.Access is straightforward nothing in
The way etc.I`m hoping to do it on a 6 weekly basis approx.I`ll be WFP`ing the
Top windows definatley.They hav`nt been done for awhile,a bit `ribby` I guess
Although I have seen worse on a first clean.Sorry can`t send any `pics` down.
Thanks for replies in advance.
P.S. It`s a commercial building that I would like to `land` if possible,but I don`t
Want to go in too cheap.

£75-£80
i would say 100 pound first clean and 70 pounds for maintenance. But if you want it bad be willing to negotiate. Speak to whoevers in charge in person works better if possible.

£65 to £80 if they try to haggle with you, I would not charge extra for the first clean but have them sign a contract for 6 months, if not double first clean.
