Well an average house done trad is roughly 20 minutes, and with WFP it'll be about 12 or 15 minutes.
But if you have a dozen small-ish houses next to each other in a street...maybe no more than 10 windows per house, done trad you would get through 4 an hour, WFP perhaps 6.
But it really isn't about how many you can do in a day.
Some can be fast, way faster than the average, but you should base prices on what the average cleaner can do, this way, if you are fast then your earnings will be high.
Base your prices on how fast YOU are and you may be quite a bit cheaper than the guy over the road, but he will only have to do 20 in a day to make £200 and you will have to do 30!
If you have lots of drive betweens, whether trad or WFP then you have to price accordingly.
I am just off for instance to do a £65 house (in & out) have to travel a few miles to get there, the outside will take 20 minutes (tops) and the inside about an hour (minimum
)
If I'm lucky I'll be out of there in an hour and a half....except this customer has more chops than a flock of sheep and I end out losing at least an hour because of her incessant talking!
But it is still well priced, if I had to do several of these I'd only get 3 or 4 done in a day, that hits my £200 target for a days work, so as far as I'm concerned its well priced...I don't care that I could only do 3 of them in a day.
Were they all next door to each other I'd probably get 4 or 5 of them done, ergo my price would then be lower, but as this kind of work always means a lot of travelling it is priced accordingly...
