Out of curiosity if you did buy the work and win it - how would you treat this extra workload?
Would you keep it separate form your current work or try to integrate it to make it more compact?
In our case we don't have any extra staff. Therefore to buy in a big load of work would need a big overhaul in planning converting our daily rounds to theirs and vice-versa.
Any help welcome...
My current round is the best around by far and ive been told that by lads who have worked with other window cleaners and then work for me, despite the fact my prices are good and i work like a machine. My round is spread over the whole of anglesey end to end is about 30 miles. So any new work or an oppurtunity to buy a round, i can take on, without much concern if its worth it or not which i believe is a huge advantage. Not only that but its compact aswell, which sounds like a contradiction but after travelling 30 miles to an area im there all day.
So this extra work wil be integrated with my existing work because i have work in every area. (sorry i do waffle a bit)
Im pretty sure he doesnt go on this site. so i appreciate all the good advice waving 4 grand infront of him sounds like the best plan. The guys im bidding against are all good friends... i hope that lasts. i never fall out with friends over business but they do fall out with me. Ive been told i should be happy with what i got and not be greedy by wanting more work but any good business always wants to expand not matter how much they already have. seeing him sunday...fingers crossed.
