How much for this one?
« on: October 17, 2007, 06:36:38 pm »
Just the green house?
This is only the second time in 10 years I have been asked to go ahead with a green house after pricing, when I was trad I used to over price just to not get the Job, but now I'm wfp I'll do any type of glass.

I priced this one early this evening along with the house and the conservatory, all to be done every 6 weeks.

Just to see what you would have charged, I priced for a first clean and then for the 6 weekly clean and got the Job? the job includes  the roof and 3 sides only.

Id say.... depending on how dirty it is, £60-£80 for the first clean, then £40 after that...

I would still overprice a job like that so £100 if it was really dirty  then £40 after that then again it depends on my mood at the time i could go in at half the first clean price if i was a happy chappy at the time :D

Take a step back people :o
The finish on things like this doesn't have to be to the same standard as a house window therefore stop pricing it as if someone lives in there...it's a green house ffs
£30 first clean £20 after thatand even then that's pushing it for a PLANTHOUSE

In mine and the custy's eyes it still contains a lot of glass, and she wan't a good job done, this is why she wants it every six weeks.

Wooly and Elgin are the closest? I charged £80 first clean and £30 there on.
along with the house and the conservatory this is a nice little numbers, I only took a  picture of  the back of the house,(my phone was full) the conservatory is to the left of the house just out of shot,
