I only went back as i do a block of 6 and he is in the middle, it only takes a min to knock.  He keeps his gate locked so i would need to knock at any rate.
I know I should have reminded him of the t&c's but never did  >:(    He is an old chap who I think will be more of a pain than a payer, I have done his windows about 3 times before he got all 'not today ta' on me.
Anyway, I normally stick to the 3 strikes and your dropped way of thinking.
Veni, vidi, vino, splatus.

It's going to get worse for spare money. Some government watch body group has done the sums & in 4 years time every house in the uk will be paying a min of £55 extra per week in tax.

God bless Labour.

DaveW,

not read all the thread but I used to say to them that they were doing it the wrong way round. Less wind & rain in summer means windows don't need to be done so often whereas the winter they will get dirtier quicker. I reminded them that they want to look out of clean windows not wait until they were filthy.

Most agreed, went back to what they were originally on & forgot about it in the summer.

Coupled with a possible increase if it is over the timescale originally mentioned & most agree that they don't want to change after all.
