I have just had my van sign written, and within less than 24 hours have been asked to quote 3 jobs 
I have just got off the phone to a person asking for a quote for 19 flats  I only used to do domestic and a few shops (this is changing on friday to commercial as soon as i get the system fitted)
now I would not have a clue how to price up or the things they would as for. Can anyone help by email or could I call someone as I really dont want to mess this up as the company that called want me to do about 30 other properties aswell

price by the flat work out one flat then mutliply by 19.

i would go in about 60p and a £1.00 per window on a block of flats depending on the difficulty and size of window

Looks like it is 3 storey, the top 2 floors only being accessable by the balconies.

Until you get the full spec, it is a waste of time trying to guess.

Liked the van.
It will stick in peoples minds because they will wonder what on earth a rain water guarantee is and want to ask about it.

I've always liked the name window washers because it states what you do, whereas under my name I have to put -window cleaner-.

If you are going to do some leaflets to get more work, one that includes a picture of the van is good. I'm trying to work one out but so far the pinting costs have been high. Anyone know where you can get leaflets done cheap?

VG I will find out for you for some flyers, have a pack somewhere in this office but have half my kitchen in it at the mo  
And thank you for the comments about van, the rain guarantee was put on the for people to call, clever Idea I thought and is working so far 3 in less than 24 hours cant be bad

V G, I can give you an e-mail for a graphic designer if nobody else helps you out.

Window washers. I've got a few like that. Not as big mind but just as High. I quoted roughly 50p ground floor. £1.00 first then £1.50 second floor. I found that advice is brilliant and usually works out roughly the same as if you guessed how many hours it would take times by your hourly rate.

the idea of it is for people to speak to me or contact me, a few have it right, asking for trouble no, asking for people to contact me a BIG YES  it's all in the marketing baby  why have a van sign written that does not attract people?? i not say anymore
