How is this for customer services.
Ordered some resin last Weds evening with Gardiners.
Expexted delivery Friday but did not show up.
Called them first thing Monday.
They had been let down and did not ship - their delivery now due in Monday !!
Not a lot of good to me?  Kirsty offered to ship there last 5 litres Free of Charge
to get me out of trouble - which I got Tuesday lunchtime.
Then got my ordered 25 litres lunchtime today!!
Now that deserves some praise- how many other suppliers would do that ?
Well done to Kirsty / Alex and gang

I payed for my three girls to get married, only so I could have some piece and Quiet, but it never worked, they all turn up with there kids and sometimes its like a mad house here.

Learn from my mistakes, let them pay for there own weddings.

Just a little piece of my house back was a good start, no girly things all over the place
Now I get more greef than anything, 3 girls keep coming back with 3 son-in-laws and 6 grandkid.
why do you think I built myself a bl**dy big workshop down the bottom of my Garden, when they all arrive there isn't enough valium in a chemist to keep me stress free 
I disappear into my workshop, radio blasting, so I can't hear the grandkids kicking the door to let them in.

Well it can be faulted as in the first part of your post you say
"Expexted delivery Friday but did not show up.
Called them first thing Monday"
This says that you were waiting for a delivery that the supplier hadn't even got stock of, didn't call to let you know they hadn't any stock and was left to you to go chase things up first thing Monday :

5  KIDS  guess you work alot then, I get a headache and I only have 3 only one is a teenager though
