Hi. i'm due to start a plastics cleaning job, tomorrow - it isnt a big job so i should get it done in under a day. hopefully.

what i want to do though is draw up a contract of work sort of thing for me and the owner of the hosue to sign before we commence work. just to add some security should we need it.
what shall i include?

the work being carried out
price
terms of paymnet (cash or cheque)
payment time (within 10 days)

anything else i should put on there just incase i should need this document?
