hi can anyone tell me where i stand: I work for a company and have had an accident ladder slipped ended up falling 15 feet. Ladder was positioned on the top of a roof no defects on the ladder the feet on the ladder were fine due to the terrential rain we had recently the roof had become slippy much more than what i thought. do i have any rights to claim on there insurance or any other rights ty for replys in advance

sorry about that I was injured broken foot and torn muscles in my upper arm

hi mate im no expert but when i worked in retail a while ago as a manager this sort of accident was usualy put down to negligance but as i said for this sort of accident im no expert.just beawre of what might be said.was you using a ladder stopper or anything like this,as they will probaly ask these sort of questions.sorry to here you are in a bad way.keep in touch and let us no how you are doing.if you fancy a chat you can email me.good luck and i hope you recover quickly.

sorry me again it may be helpfull to get in touch with your local citizens advice office. or even call your local hse office.
