Even if the windows are cleaned on a fine day, it could rain the next day or the day after so I don't know why customers seem so bothered about it.

If its a scattered showers kind of day I will work. However if it rains heavy every 20 mins I don't bother. Though I've been known to start as late as 2pm if weather has suddenly changed to being sunny.
