One of the hardest things about starting a new business is getting enough money initially to pay the bills.

But hang on a minute , 3 other guys have started in your'e area and have quickly built up lots of work , YOURS 

So being hard to establish is actually an advantage because once you've done it , you will have a strong market position which will not easily dissapear.
