Don't think a WFP would reach, An Access Hire company we do work with just took derlivery of the largest access platform in the uk at 90m yes 90, and the first job it carried out was a window cleaning contract

Ive driven a few big ones over the years but thats a monster, The sway must be huge which must have made it very difficult to use cleaning windows

When I took the lads to the company that makes them in Finland went in one and it was very sound no different to our 37m and 52m they are like the "Rolls" of access platforms they do one that is 100m and have been asked for a 120m one.

Really like my office job ha ha ha

Salford Quays a couple of weeks ago. We were watching them in action and thinking it could be done more efficiently  by rope access. It's a great machine but it seems to take up too much space at ground level. :P

Not my guys doing the windows but they said it came in at about 70% of the cost of rope access.

We find that we work out cheaper and faster using access plant than rope access quite a lot but not always and like you say some times the access plant just wont fit where needed.

We saw the basket bounce off the building quite a lot even though it wasn't windy. What would that machine cost per day?

Is that inclusive of a driver, insurance etc or is that just the base price for the machine
