cladding cleaning

Iv got a house to clean where they want there cladding cleaned so whats the best way to go about this,
like what sort of brush and what price as its a small terrist house and the cladding is only half way down both sides,but its dirty.
any help?

soak it and brush it easy. id just use me old vikan. i have a few spare for jobs like this

use some tfr (traffic film remover)
non-caustic type
should be diluted 20:1
spray it on leave for 5-10 mins then pole it off.
I did one last week and it was minging!
got the cheque today with a Big Thank You note.
They thought they were going to the wrong house!!!

Unless it is really dirty just pure water will do it. I use a Vikan brush. Again depending how dirty, your hourly rate times how long you think will take.If you get price wrong, you will know for next one

spray it on with a small sprayer they sell them in B&Q places like that.
The one i did I charged for 2 1/2 hours work 2 1/2 x hourly rate
average size house with cladding roof to top of g/f windows front only
job done in 50 mins :
