At least you've got work to do.

It was dry here most of last week and I had nothing to do.
Still haven't.

I've only had 2 days rained off in the last month, and I live 30 miles from Gloucester.

It's all bullocks mate. It hasn't been that wet.
It's just not sunny enough for summer.
It's always rained at night or first or last thing.

Hardly ever in work hours. ;)

I work up to and including moderate rain these days.  WFP helps in this because it doesn't get marked in the way that detergent film does.  Shouldn't be a problem with W/Cing the trad way either.  After all, it can be sunny one day and rain the next anyway.  I've been surprised how little opposition I've had to working in the rain.  Wish I had started doing it years ago.

Will be working tomorrow as the bridge has been re-opened that leads into the town where most of my work is.  Up until now it has meant a huge diversion following plebs who cant reverse down little country lanes .    I'm sure there will be the old `its going to rain` crowd but hell, I've got ALOT of bills to pay.
Praise be for global warming I say.

I've been surprised how little opposition I've had to working in the rain.  Wish I had started doing it years ago.

Me too.
I worked through 4 days of rain a couple of weeks ago and no-one batted an eyelid. In fact people seemed pleasantly suprised to see me.
I never started work in the rain before that. Not anymore.
If anyone mentions it, i would say i'm very busy with my round and don't have alot of time to down tools.
I do remind people if i'm working in the rain that i guarantee my work and if there is a problem with the clean and they let me know, i will return to put things right.
