Can you please offer any advice. A custy has these stains on his 80/20 wool mix carpet. He thinks it was window silicone that the builders trodden in. He tried to remove the stains with his own bottle of solvent but it made the stains lighter in appearance but never shifted them. I told him he may of set the stain in the pile ? I have tried POG but with now effect. Please advise many thanks
