Hi
Ive seen that people on this forum were more happy with Gaz's first swivel brush when compared to the swivel joint that he later supplied.

Have looked at a few options but haven't done anything yet.

www.decoratingdirect.co.uk/viewprod/r/RODSPSH/

Swivel sanding base – cut base to suit brush and screw on.

www.janitorials.org.uk/acatalog/syr-interchange-brushware.html

swivel deck scrub brush – remove swivel and fit to modified brush

Anyone else looked at these?

Its a shame you can't zoom into have a better look at the swivels, the decking ones look the best, but it works out £10 plus p/p just to get the swivel bit.
But it does look like the mk1 swivel we had.

I found the Mk1 swivel much easier to master than the Mk2 version, I wish I could find a link for the Mk1 version.

But thanks MacMac for the link to the brushes, I will be buying some

I like this brush http://www.vastsupplies.co.uk/product.php?productid=3838&cat=93&bestseller

It reminds me of the sill brush being sold at at a much higher price and probably half the weight.

I have held one of these brushes, they are used in Burger Kings, they are the hardest bristles I have ever felt, they are like steel!!! they use them to clean the tiled floors, don't get one you will be dissapointed. I saw them at acarboot sale, a Burger King franchise had gone wrong

But where are the brushes?

Dave

Its hard to tell from the pic the actual size of them?

Will they definitely fit the vikan and the angle adapter thread?

Hi
The suggestion Luke was to buy the brush, remove the swivel and throw the brush head away.

Gaz's mk1 swivel also had an additional insert to prevent the horizontal from pivoting to far.

so MK2 was a ball joint and MK1 was a universal joint,  is that correct?

Hi Karl
That is correct - the mk1 is a universal joint. There must be a supplier out there somewhere.
