Rental Agreement

Hi All
Have a guy asked to rent some of my work, I,m not getting round in 4 weeks so why not. i need an agreement that is fair to us both. Anybody got one I can look at or borrow.

Ask him for 25%. If you rent him £400 you get £100 and he takes home £300.
Give him 3 weeks rent free a year, so he cant take his 2 week hol in summer and have a week free at xmas.
Also tell him he does his own collecting so you basically sit at home n get your rent every weekend.

i used to rent some work out, and the guy is intetested again, i used to only charge £1 per house, didnt matter if the house was 7 or 15 quid, it was mainly 10 quid houses though
worked ok for ages, he then stopped, i did them again, but now he is interested in starting again
i guess im too cheap on the rent, but hey, we were both happy with it
