Broke my wrist.
« on: July 12, 2007, 12:18:31 pm »
Last night. In a and e untill 2am. Glad I've got a fishing pole. The rest of this week off, then back to work in the plaster cast.

Anyone else done this? Downstairs trad, but i'm a dab hand at using the squeegee in the left hand too. In fact, i'm just as good with the left as the right, so shouldn't be too much of a prob.

This may sound crazy but consider whether you can adapt an aluminium crutch that clips on your forearm to the base of the pole.

                                                                                  REGARDS DUTCH

reminds me of the scene in "dumb and dumber" where the local motorbike cop pulls them and thinks they are drinking beer:

"you boys been sucking back on old Grandpas happy juice?"

Its actually Jim Carreys characters...pXXX and the face on the cop when he slugs it back is fantastic.
