 :)Hi all,i have just been asked to quote for a builders clean of a care home new,it has 12 rooms first floor with a kitchen,and 16 rooms 2 floor kitchen,also toilet up and down,also has 30 windows to clean,all have carpets,and vinal floors.i was going to put 3 cleaners all week,forgot to say all these are flats,the site manager has give me a week to do it,he want the price for the complete job,help please.regards mike

You could get 20 different answers of this forum !

Your price should be,

How long it is going to take + 20% cos it is builders you are dealing with. cost of wages and materials.

Add on what you want.

Sorry to be blunt but pricing is the most commonly asked question on the forum because most people double guess themselves when putting in a price for one offs.

I would help with timing with more details,
Is it straight in and out or the need for an after snag sparkle.
What is in the 28 rooms.

thanks kevin :)this job is about 5 days to do,each room have a bed and toilet and each one is the same,i will be having 3 cleaners in,i will put my quote in by sat,  regards mike
