Lloyd, I went to look at a house today that I could'nt do but they asked me if I know anyone else and I thought you might be interested.

Its in The Gardens off Rayners Lane. Its a good house, good people but they have big extension at the back and it needs a ladder to get onto the extension to clean the back windows, I can't do it with a pole and I don't carry ladders any more. There is side access for a ladder so its not a carry through.
