I have a Peugeot Expert and my poles only fit in at an angle because of my bulkhead, when I have the systems fitted I wont be able to have the poles like this, so what should I do, make a hole in the bulkhead for the poles to go through? Please tell me how you did it! thanks, Luke

Cut through the vents in the bulkhead then trim the edges with the stuff that goes round car doors.

You could always put them on the roof in a pole carrier that way you don't need to cut the bulkhead

No, I think I wanT to keep the poles in the van. they will be more secure that way, but if I was to keep the poles in carriers, how would I do it with all the hose. It might waste time having to open and close the pole carrier, and also the roof of the van is quite high, and I'm 6"3

Couple of bars across the van to support your poles, coil the hoses and hang with velcro straps - easy peasy! Check that your poles will fit in the van before you hack the bulkhead though. I used an electric saw - you could use an angle grinder but the sparks could be dangerous.

I went to look at the brand new version that`s just come out and in my opinion it`s the best size van for WFP,it`s slightly smaller than a traffic-vivaro but its bigger than the old style expert. All modern poles will go inside the van with bulkhead fitted and theres more than enough room for a 650 tank with trolley backpack and other spares, the only thing about the expert i didn`t like was the front of the van itself,i would go for the citreon version which is the same van different badge.

Your bulk head is metal, not ply?

As described by davew works perfectly, i can show you some picks(mines plywood). I used bendy curtain poles to start and then had something precision engineered.

I met a plumber who had done something even cleverer. It was too late for me because my water tank had been fitted but he had a tube that went all the way through underneath the passenger seat. IE. the end of the tube would rest in between a passenger's feet.

An 18 ft pole will fit diagonally at a push with the doors closed.
my dispatch is plylined.
I use a 12ft extender pole (3X4ft)  for almost all of my work. That hangs off one side on 2 hooks screwed through the ply.
Bought a custom pole from gardiners as well 25ft (5X5ft) and that sits at an angle hanging off 1 hook on the other side.
If you haven't bought your poles yet i would recommend buying poles which will fit in your van.
sorry no photos.

If they look the same and you dont like the front, why would you go for the Citreon? I would go for the Fiat, cheaper to buy, parts and servicing!

Anyway my 18ft pole and 12ft pole slide into the van nicely into a pole carrier, and the larger poles as and when i need them, i put into the pole carrier on the roof!

you could change your poles to the following

30ft glass fibre 5 section and or a 20ft glass fibre 4 section pole which fits in expert/scudo/dispatch

we sell them as they are ideal

but you must ring us for prices as we cant advertise here

The citreon version is called the dispatch and sorry although there basically the same vans i meant the front of the citreon is better looking than the expert.
