1 metre is a heck of a depth for a fascia!.  Did you mean the 'soffit', which is the bit underneath the fascia that returns to the wall?  If so, some soffits are smooth and dead easy to clean - others are ribbed or tongue and grooved and take longer.

I've seen people on here quote anything from £1.00 t0 £5.00 per metre. I suppose it depends how awkward it is and how high it is.

mike, it is actually the fascia there isnt a soffit its just on the front of the school buildings at the top where the wall meets the roof, there's about a metre of this all the way round the school buildings some of it is very dirty they reckon its due to the anti climb paint, not sure if theyve painted the fascias with that or what but a lot of it is quite dirty

Oh. I think I know the kind you mean now (flat roof?).

Couldn't suggest a price myself (I'd probably go with Mr Wingrove's £320). Hope others can help if they can also picture it a bit better now.

Good luck
