With all the talk about being safe on ladders do you have any accident cover , or do you just hope that you dont fall

The Federation do accident cover which is quite good, it is only a token amount but can help. A lot of the private policies don't like window cleaners, and the differment period can be quite long too.
I have found the best thing is to have some money in the building society, gaining interest, to fall back on in hard times, better than buying policies which are hard to claim on.

Hi John
I tend to do the same as the fed man and put money aside because i have never found a policy that pays out a decent amount and after a short period.
